NS&I bonds will no longer be available at Post Office

The decision is likely to unsettle many NS&I customers, particularly elderly
ones, who prefer the security of depositing their money in person at their
local branch of the Post Office.

It comes less than a year after NS&I said savers could no longer buy its cash
Inidual Savings Accounts at the Post Office.

And it prompted concerns that the Post Office will soon stop offering other
NS&I savings products over the counter, including Premium Bonds and Savings
Certificates.
