What Susan as said is one way to look at it. But we should not allowed the hard times to stop us of owning a home. Paying rent should never be a longtime goal for an individual. What the housing corporation should do is look at ways to cut some of the cost which will be a form of encouragement to prospective buyers. Persons love to be inspired and if there are innovative ways in doing this then one should use them.
